Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Synqlytics (the "Service"), a marketing analytics dashboard operated by Proofwork. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Synqlytics on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

The Service

Synqlytics lets you connect third-party marketing and analytics platforms - currently Meta (Facebook Pages, Instagram Business, Meta Ads), Google (Search Console, Google Analytics 4), TikTok, and Pinterest - and view their data in unified dashboards. The Service is provided "as is." We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

Your account

• You must be at least sixteen years old to create an account.
• New accounts may require admin approval before they become active. We may pause or suspend any account that violates these Terms or the policies of a connected platform.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password safe, and don't share access with people you wouldn't trust with the underlying platform credentials.

Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform, you authorize us to call that platform's API on your behalf using the OAuth tokens it issues us. You remain bound by that platform's own terms and acceptable-use policy. You agree not to:

• Use Synqlytics to access data you are not authorized to see on the underlying platform.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Service or the connected platforms.
• Resell raw data fetched through the Service to third parties.

You can revoke a connection at any time inside Synqlytics or from the platform's own settings. Revoking a connection stops all further data fetches from that platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Disrupt the Service or attempt to bypass its rate limits or security controls.
• Upload or transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Use the Service to target or surveil individuals without consent.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organization.

Pricing and billing

Synqlytics may offer paid plans in the future. If you subscribe to a paid plan, the plan's pricing, billing cycle, and refund policy will be presented at checkout. Until a paid plan is offered, the Service is provided free of charge for evaluation, subject to these Terms.

Termination

You may close your account at any time by emailing helloproofwork@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your use of the Service exposes us or other users to risk, or if a connected platform requires us to do so. On termination we will delete your account data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the analytics data fetched from connected platforms is accurate, complete, or free from delay. Numbers shown in Synqlytics are reproductions of what those platforms report, and may differ from their own dashboards because of caching, sampling, or API differences. You should not rely on Synqlytics as the sole basis for material business decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synqlytics and Proofwork are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US Dollars, whichever is greater.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Synqlytics and Proofwork against any third-party claim arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the Service or the law changes. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top, and for material changes we will notify users by email or in the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the new Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Synqlytics is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, unless your local law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a dispute somewhere else.
