Privacy Policy

Summary

Synqlytics is a marketing analytics dashboard that connects to platforms you authorize (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest) and shows their data back to you in one place. We store the minimum information required to keep your account working and your dashboards loading. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign up, we store your email address and your display name. If you sign up with a password, we store a salted hash of that password - never the password itself. If you sign up with Google, we store your Google profile ID and the email returned by Google.

OAuth tokens for connected platforms

When you connect Meta, Google Search Console, GA4, TikTok, or Pinterest, the relevant provider issues us an access token (and sometimes a refresh token) so we can fetch your data on your behalf. These tokens are stored encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. They are scoped to read-only analytics access wherever the provider supports that. You can revoke any connection at any time, both from inside Synqlytics and from the provider's own settings page.

Analytics data fetched from connected platforms

When you load a dashboard, we call the relevant provider's API and cache the response for up to fifteen minutes so that repeated views don't cost you rate limit. The cached response is the same data that you would see if you opened that platform's own dashboard. We do not collect data from platforms you have not connected.

Usage and diagnostic data

We log basic request metadata (timestamps, route paths, error codes) to operate and debug the service. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on the dashboard itself.

How we use your information

• To authenticate you and keep your session active.
• To call the connected platforms' APIs and render your dashboards.
• To enforce account status (pending approval, active, suspended).
• To respond to support questions you send us.
• To detect and resolve bugs and abuse.

How we share your information

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

• Infrastructure providers that host the application and database (Vercel for hosting, MongoDB Atlas for the database). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
• The platforms you connect, but only by sending the OAuth tokens they issued us back to them when we make API calls on your behalf.
• Legal requests, when we are required to disclose information by law.

Data retention

Account data and OAuth tokens are kept for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, or ask us to delete it, we remove your account record and all connected OAuth tokens within thirty days. Cached analytics responses expire on their own within fifteen minutes.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email helloproofwork@gmail.com. We will respond within thirty days.

Children

Synqlytics is not intended for children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Security

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Connections between your browser and Synqlytics, and between Synqlytics and the platforms we call, use TLS. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage you to use a strong unique password and to revoke connections you no longer need.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service changes or when laws change. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top, and for material changes we will notify users by email or through the dashboard.
